Text messaging opt-in consent is collected only when you submit a service request form on this website and provide your mobile number. Message frequency varies based on your service request. We may share the contact, location, and HVAC-problem details you submit with an independent HVAC professional or servicing company for the purpose of reviewing, scheduling, quoting, or fulfilling your request. That provider confirms its identity, credentials, availability, pricing, warranties, and service terms directly with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information for unrelated third-party marketing.
Service request records are retained as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations, and are protected using industry-standard safeguards.
